Senator John Owan Enoh has assumed office as the Minister of Sports.
Senator Enoh was among the 45 Ministers that were administered the oath of Office by President Bola Tinubu at the Conference Hall, Presidential Villa Abuja on Monday.
He represented Cross River Central Senatorial District in the Eight Senate and before then represented Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives
He had once served as the Minority Leader in Cross River State House of Assembly representing Etung State Constituency.
Before venturing into politics, Senator Enoh was a lecturer at University of Calabar where he graduated from.
Among those that attended the reception at NAF Confidence Center, after his swearing -in was the President of the Old Seminarians Association of Nigeria, (OSAN), Barrister Chinedu Akubeze, who is the the Clerk of the Senate.
Senator Enoh is a committed member of OSAN and served as the Chairman of the Association’s maiden Convention Planning Committee.
